The Mark Coleman Biography

Mark Coleman was born December 20th 1964 in Fremont, Ohio.  Mark is a MMA fighter and fights for the UFC, Pride FC, K-1 and more.

Mark Coleman is a wrestler with him winning the UFC 10 and UFC 11 tournament champion, is 1st Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight champion, the PRIDE Fighting Championships 2000 Open Weight Grand Prix champion and UFC Hall of Famer.

Before Mark Coleman came to the UFC, he wrestled for Miami University in Ohio, were he was a 2 time Mid-American Conference Champion and also won the NCAA Championship with Ohio State University.  After Cole wrestled in the 1992 Olympics in Spain and came 7th.

When Mark came to the UFC he won his 1st 2 tournaments and won the heavyweight belt.  But lost it the next fight to Maurice Smith.  And got knocked out by Pete Williams for his 1st time.
